„Local ingredients for authentic taste“
In our traditional cuisine we use local ingredients to ensure the same high quality we’ve always been guaranteeing during our management. At dinner we always offer our guests 3 different main course options, 3 second course options with side dishes, vegetarian buffet, fruit or dessert.
On our menu we use to combine regional and traditional recipes – such as “canederli”, “strangolapreti”, “polenta” with deer and mushrooms, and the lovely “strudel” – and other typical dishes of the Italian cuisine.
Our guests can enjoy their meals choosing among 15 different wines and some craft beers selected among some regional small and medium wineries and craft breweries.
